Chrysler Group Share

Chrysler Group is preparing to unveil the newest Jeep Wrangler sports utility vehicle (SUV) after the newly redesigned limited 2011 Limited Jeep Grand Cherokee last month.

However, it will take a judging eye to notice the illusive differences between the upcoming 2011 model as well as those of its forerunner.

According to Chrysler, the huge alterations can be discovered on the inside because of the all-new interior design features that includes a redesigned panel, new storage areas and improved materials. Moreover, the vehicle’s steering wheel highlights controls for cruise and hands-free phones, and a spare tuning and volume switches for its audio system. Chrysler will also offers various exteriors colors.

Primarily, this latest Wrangler will offer the dealers another innovative product to highlight on their showrooms. Chrysler also had a scarcity of new models in the past years that make it hard to capture several clients. However, when the redesigned 2011 Limited Jeep Grand Cherokee started to increase its sales in July, it somehow helped to build up attraction at dealerships.

Earlier this August, the company stated its total sales increased about 5% last month that last year, and its jeep division increasing about 19% summing up to 26,466 vehicles. Because of the stronger demand for the new Limited Jeep Grand Cherokee, it has helped the company to level the increase last year.

Chrysler stated that the manufacturing of the 2011 Wrangler started last week at its plant is Toledo, Ohio, as well as the latest models will be introduced on dealers before the quarter end. A representative did not yet revealed the price of the unit.

Chrysler is at present operated by Fiat a company based on Italy already committed renovating 3/4 of its vehicle line-up before the end of 2010. However, Chrysler that came out from bankruptcy about a year ago needs a lot of time before it can fully establish again. The Michigan-based automaker declared a net loss of about $172 million in June last quarter. Nevertheless, new models could help to boost the opportunity of Chrysler to become a contention in the United States automobile market.
