Joe Jackson, King of Pop’s father, filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the singer’s doctor and his medical clinics, as well as the pharmacy that sold the drug that killed Jackson.

Attorney Brian Oxman, an attorney for Michael Jackson’s father, filed a suit in the California Superior Court in Los Angeles County on behalf of his client. The lawsuit was similar to the complaint filed earlier this month against Dr. Conrad Murray, which does not include the pharmacy.
